One day, you’ll be washing your hands and you’ll notice that your fingers have gotten thinner.

I’ve lost 7lbs in the last 4 days. Was 165lbs when I started and now I’m 158lbs. Aiming for 150lbs or so by the end of February. 😁

No offense but this has literally happened to me before as well, morbid obesity and eating too much is just as unhealthy as being extremely underweight and being malnourished. :)

This is so true! I mean, being too skinny or too fat is equally bad! But this doesn’t mean ANYONE has the right to fat shame or insult fat people or skinny shame or insult skinny people for it!
There are a lot of body types, and being a little bit overweight os a little underweight is fine. Some people eat normal amounts of food and gain, and some eat a lot and still lose, that’s just how it is!
